Past, Present, and Future

As schools across the country are settling in for the new school year, things are getting busy in the office. We've recovered from our intense summer schedule of conferences and are staging for the full months ahead.

When PassAssured started, it was a company that was doing something very few were doing at the time - delivering a digital curriculum. We started out selling CDs in 2001, later moving to a program that utilized the CDs, but also had a portion on the internet. Between 2012 and 2014, we phased out the CDs completely and moved the entire course to the internet. This move allowed students to work on the program wherever there was an internet connection. With that move we also reworked the product to make it iPad friendly. 2014 turned out to be a record year and confirmed that we were still headed in the right direction.

In 2015, all sub-sections were re-voiced and photos were upgraded. In 2016, we released a new look for the Student Learning Center as well as a few new functions. In 2017, we revised the Top 200 Drugs to make it Top 300 and reworked the testing system. In 2018, we spent the first half of the year completely reformatting the Learn Files and ensuring that our curriculum covers everything the future certified pharmacy technician needs to know to pass the ExCPT.

Why tell all of this? We want you to know that we are always working behind the scenes to keep up with students' and educators' requests for features and functions and looking ahead to the future. Any time a user runs into a problem, we focus all of our attention to fix it. If an educator comes to us with a suggestion - even if it seems far-fetched - we sit down as a team and discuss it. Many times, it goes to the developer for implementation. We welcome all suggestions with open eyes and ears because our main goal is to serve our clients in the best way possible.

2019 has some BIG things in store, and we can't wait to tell you all about them in a future post!
