Schools Ordering the Student XL Edition

With a fast and easy ordering process, most schools are able to begin training future pharmacy technicians right away.


The Process

After confirming that PassAssured is an approved vendor* in your school district, contact PassAssured by email or phone to get the ordering process started. We will need to know:

  • Educator name(s), phone number(s), and email(s)
  • Billing address
  • Shipping address
  • Total number of students**
  • PTTP or PTTP + NHA Practice Test + ExCPT
  • Method of payment: Purchase Order (PO), check, or credit card

Once this information has been received by PassAssured, your login information and instructions will be issued within one business day, usually faster. The speed of the ordering process is due to the Pharmacy Technician Training Program being completely online. Student licenses are valid for one year from the date of enrollment.

PassAssured does not require educators to have extensive training before facilitating the course; check with your state education department to verify the qualifications necessary to facilitate a pharmacy technician program at your school.

Students enrolling in the Pharmacy Technician Training Program should be high school seniors that have at least a 10th grade reading level and have passed Algebra 1. Please be aware that individuals will have to pass a criminal background check to register with the state board of pharmacy.

Student confidentiality is of the utmost importance. PassAssured does not release or sell personal information including names, email addresses, or grades.

* If PassAssured is not an approved vendor, any paperwork that is requested will be filled out and returned promptly so that you can get your students started.

** Students can be added to an existing class after the initial enrollment – there is no cutoff date.
